I hope you’ve been enjoying my free Art Journaling 101 e-course! I wanted to take a break from the course today to check in and give you a little encouragement. I know many of you are new to art journaling and may be stressed out with a ton of questions, or nervous to begin… or perhaps you’ve started journaling but are getting frustrated. Please, let all of that end here.
Take a deep breath, and let it all out…
Don’t let art journaling be a burden or another source of stress in your life. Let it be the sacred place that you can come to to unload, or unburden your soul. If you’re feeling depressed or angry, grab your art journal and start scribbling or writing in it. Use it to unwind from a busy day, or use it to celebrate something joyous in your life.
Art journaling should be looked at as an outlet for you, not just another thing on your to-do list.
Enjoy it, Embrace it, + Love it!
Thank you all so much for the great feedback you’ve given so far with all the emails, comments, likes, and everything else. You guys are amazing! I hope that you’ve been taking what you learn here and implementing it into your own life.
If you’ve been art journaling, I’d love to take a peek! Leave me a comment with a link to an image of one of your pages. Let’s all support each other, and see what we’ve been up to!
