We collect a variety of information from you when you visit our Website(s), make purchases, or interact with us on social media. The information we collect may include:
Personal Data: Personal Data is information that can be used to identify you specifically, including but not limited to, your name, shipping address, email address or demographic information like your age or gender. While using our Website(s) and Services, we may ask you to provide us with certain Personal Data to fulfill your request for any Services. You consent to giving us this information by providing it to us voluntarily on our Website(s) or through communications with us. You provide some of this information when you register with or make purchases from our Website(s). You may also provide this information by participating in various activities associated with us, including responding to blogs, contacting us with questions, or participating in group training. Your decision to disclose this data is entirely voluntary. You are under no obligation to provide this information, but your refusal may prevent you from accessing certain benefits from our Website(s) or from making purchases.
Usage Data: Like most websites, we automatically collect information that web browsers, mobile devices, and servers typically make available when you access our Website(s). This can include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address) which we may use to determine the approximate location of your device, as well as browser type, unique device identifiers, language preference, referring site, the dates and times of access, and the specific pages you view. The information we collect automatically is used for statistical data and will not include personal information. We use this data to improve our Website(s) and provide the highest possible level of service to you. To the extent that you voluntarily provide personal information to us, our systems will associate the automatically collected information with your personal information.
Transaction and Billing Information: If you buy something from us – a class, coaching, digital good, or a subscription to our membership community, for example – you will be asked to provide personal information that is required to process the transaction such as your name and contact information. To process your payment, we use third-party services (e.g. payment processors). We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processor (PayPal) whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.
Social Networking Data: We may access personal information from social networking sites and apps, including Facebook, Instagram, Mighty Networks or other social networking sites or apps not named specifically here, which may include your name, your social network username, location, email address, age, gender, profile picture and any other public information. If you do not want us to access this information, please go to the specific social networking site and change your privacy settings.
Mobile Device Data and Application Information: If you connect with us or join one of our groups on any social networking sites, including but not limited to Facebook or Mighty Networks, and use their mobile application, we may access information that these third-party apps request from you and disclose to us. Please review the respective Privacy Policy for each application you choose to use to determine how they use, disclose, and protect your data.
Other data: On occasion, you may give us additional data in order to enter into a contest or giveaway or to participate in a survey. You will be prompted for this information and it will be clear that you are offering this kind of information freely in exchange for an entry into such a contest or giveaway. If you choose to correspond with us through email or social media and offer any other information to us voluntarily, we may retain the content of your messages together with your contact information and our responses.

Pixel tags (also referred to as web beacons, clear gifs, and single-pixel gifs) are small blocks of code placed on websites and emails that track actions visitors take. Like most other websites, we make use of cookies and other technologies like pixel tags. We may use them to authenticate your identity, to determine if you are logged onto our Website(s), for personalization, for security, for targeted advertising, or for analysis of the performance of our Websites and Services to improve the quality. Most browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you wish to disable cookies, you may do so through your individual browser options. However, this may affect your ability to use or make purchases from our Website(s). By continuing to use our Website(s), you are consenting to our use of cookies, pixels and other tracking technologies in accordance with the terms of this policy.

We do not transfer personal information to these third-party vendors. However, in order to access our Website(s), you must consent to the collection and use of your information by these third-party analytic companies.
