I have attempted hand carved stamps in the past and really like the look they add to my painting projects. I’ve just sort of winged it in the past and so I would really like to learn any special tricks you might have to make it easier and to make the stamps more interesting. Thanks for this opportunity.
You have inspired me to try making my own stamps.
This would get me started!!

It is on my bucket list! I am ready!
I have always been fascinated by being able to create my own things, including stamps. I just never knew where to start. I also am a single mom so saving money while still being able to let my creativity show would be a blessing, as well as a wonderful legacy to pass on to my daughter.
I have carved some in the past, but then life happened and it has been a while! I am hoping your book will get me jump started as well as teach me to carve better. I was on my own last time so it will be nice to have good teacher support this time round.
I would love to learn a new craft.. and I have a son getting married this fall what a wonderful book to make some stamps for the wedding!!
I want to make my own price tags for craft shows. Stamps are costly. I would like to teach my grandaughter also.

Love the idea of making my own original stamps to use in my art making.
I want to add individual style to my journal pages.
I am new to Art Journals and am eager to learn lots of new things.
“Why do you want to learn how to carve your own stamps?”
Because I like creating my own images, whatever I can imagine instead of settling for what is available in a store.
I’d tried it before with an blade and a rubber eraser and it was fun, but not as refined as I’d like, I ended up throwing out half of my creations because they were very rough and too easy to mess up (one wrong move and I’d cut out something I wanted to keep, many ended up too flimsy).
i would like to learn to carve my own stamps so that I can get the unique designs I would like to print that i can not find in any store. plus I think it would be really kewl to make my very own stamps. original arts of work.! ~Gin~ :)
I want to learn to carve my own stamps so that my art can be distinctive to my style. There may not be a stamp i want to use so I should be able to make it up myself.
I have only attempted to carve a few stamps without much success so I would love the opportunity to learn how to actually do this?

I’m also a mom of 3 daughters and art journalling is our regular time to sit together and create and have messy fun. To add stamping to our repertoire would be wonderful – and messy!!!!
I want to carve my own stamps because I’m trying to get away from using elements made by other people in my work. I want every aspect of what I create to be my own creation.
