My muse is just the opposite of you..i am struggling with the organization..staying focused to get things done and yet i have a passion for primitive crafts so when i start a craft i seldom finish or it takes me a while…my muse would be prioritizing with self confidenceandis knowing i cant get it all done in one day..now that im going back to work i have a bigger fear
I struggle with organization also. I start too many projects and get overwhelmed. OR….I just can’t get inspired and do nothing. I would really like to build my business, but don’t know where to take it.
Hello there…I struggle with wanting to craft full time but know that i have about another year and a half before I can even consider that….my husband and I are long distance now and will be til he can retire next year and move out here. Til then I am selling Real Estate….which I have done for 5 years….I am good at it but it is tough when I know my heart and passion is in creating! I still create and do a few shows and have a few things in a local coffee shoppe….the last 2 shoppes I was in previously I did well in but they both went out of business or changed ownership/philosophy so I am stuck at the Coffee Shoppe…for what I have in there I am doing ok…but she just doesn’t have the room that the other places had…..I know I am to busy to do Ebay or Etsy and ship on a timely basis…
Hi Krystal, Organization is not the biggest obstacle for me. Finishing is. I tend to take on too many things in addition to trying to take care of all the other daily life challenges. I tend to be a perfectionist and sometimes I think it’s more of a hindrance. The fear of not being successful also plagues me which is a contradiction because I usually succeed at whatever I do. GO FIGURE!!
