Hi, kristal, thanks for another meaningful video. Your words have been spinning around my head for awhile this morning! I’m not sure if I have an average day!! lol. anyway, I think, for me , my best time for art is first thing in the morning , when its quiet, the sun is just coming into my window the birds are are singing and all is well with my world…. well, till the phone rings!!or my husband says “what are you doing, where are you ? lol, he is supportive though!
but I think I need to time manage more, give myself an hour to art journal etc,an hour to get important chores done or do chores first and be more disciplined with myself and learn not to do Guilt … i’m doing that schedule!
I work hard ! I may not go ‘OUT’ to work but I work hard for my family!
I’m telling myself “I deserve this art time.”
so…. i’m giving myself Permission!!!
thanks kristal, this tip is just what i needed today…NO GUILT!
You definitely deserve that art time! The morning sounds like a perfect place to schedule it in, I’ve been doing that too lately. Just let hubby know he can’t disturb you until a certain time. ;0) he he
Hi! Thank you so much for this video and for the good advice. I will definitely give it a try. It’s a really important lesson!
I’m a night person so I will probably have some art time during the evening. :)
I have arthritis and I’m trying to study math though I’m sick, so I’ll have to think extra carefully. Sitting and writing hurts. I still love it thought, the art journaling. Math, not so much, haha.:)
