After our adventurous weekend, we decided to stay home and relax for the day. I was starting to get bored, and anxious to do something creative; but wasn’t really sure what I wanted to do. So I started poking around the internet, and decided to login to a class that I had purchased a few months back and never finished, called Junk Mail Artist’s Book by Carla Sonheim.
(Above is a sample book by Carla Sonheim)I LOVE the textures and layers in this project! Plus, you really need to get creative when you start to put the drawings together on the different sized pages. I was able to get my pages painted and put together, but didn’t get a chance to finish all the drawing yet.
I started the drawings, but didn’t get very far. Its tough puzzling all those lines together!
Its definitely a challenging project. I think its one of those things that you really need to practice in order to get a good outcome!
Anyway, it felt good to work on a class that I had purchased. Have you ever purchased an online class and never did the project? I do that all too often! lol
