*Every visitor to my online shop will be given a “Visitors Cart”. This allows you to store your products in a temporary shopping cart. But once you leave the shop, so will the contents of your shopping cart.
*If you are logged in as a member, you will use the “Members Cart”. This allows you to add products to the shopping cart, and come back at a later date to finalize your checkout. All products remain in your shopping cart until you have checked them out, or removed them from the cart.
*If you add products to a “Visitors Cart” then log in, the contents of your “Visitors Cart” will merge with your “Members Cart” contents automatically. So be sure to review your cart again before checking out, you may have contents in there from last time you logged in.
*I accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. I do however, have a minimum order of $5.99 for credit card orders. If your order is less than $5.99; please use PayPal.
*Connecticut residents pay 6% sales tax.
*Credit card information is collected using a SSL secure server. Please make note that all Kristal Art Studio and Rags-n-Tags orders will appear as “hello @ kristalnorton.com” on your credit card statement. Credit cards will be charged when your order is shipped.
*The shipping calculator is based on weight of the items, so it should be very close to exact shipping charges.
*All paper patterns ship free of charge (to continental USA only), and are shipped out by first class mail.
*All orders with paid postage will be shipped by priority mail.
*Most orders will ship within 2-5 business days. Please allow up to 2 weeks for all bulk orders and “made to order” items.
*E-patterns and e-books are downloaded instantly after successful payment. Once payment is sent, you will be directed to an Order Success page. From there, you can download your e-goods by clicking on the product download link(s) and choosing “save”. You can also download your products at a later time in your order history. To get there, click on “My Account” at the top right of the shopping center, then click on your previous order. You will find your download links there.
Damages + Shortages:
I pack everything as carefully as possible, but occasionally something may arrive damaged. If this happens, please retain all original packing materials and notify me immediately. Do not return any items without my confirmation to do so first.
If you are missing any items in your package, I do apologize for any error on my part. Before contacting me, please check your packing slip for any notations or yellow highlights indicating that the item(s) were out of stock. If an item is out of stock at the time your order is processed, the item cost will be credited back to you and will need to be reordered when the item is back in stock. If there is no indication that the item was out of stock, please double check all the packing materials; smaller or fragile items get wrapped up in the packing paper when shipped. If you still believe you are missing items, please email me at: hello @ kristalnorton.com; please include your order number, name, address, and items you are missing.
*I have a 14 day, no questions asked, Money Back Guarantee! If you are unsatisfied in any way with any products you receive, you may return them undamaged & unused, within 14 days of delivery date and I will cheerfully send you a refund for your purchase price (shipping charges are non-refundable). Please inspect the contents of your package(s) upon delivery so you have plenty of time to take advantage of my refund policy. I will be unable to issue any type of refund after the 14 days has expired.
*All clearance items, sale items, e-books, e-patterns, and special order items are not returnable.
*To qualify for the refund, product(s) must arrive to me in the same condition I shipped it (i.e. unopened, unused, and undamaged merchandise). Please repack the products carefully for the return trip to avoid damage in transit. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged will not qualify for a full refund.
*If the return is due to my error, you must contact me first before sending a return.
*Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable.

I happily ship internationally! My shopping cart only calculates shipping for USA residents only, so before shipping your order I will send you a paypal invoice for the difference in shipping (if you originally paid by paypal). If you paid with a credit card, I will update the invoice and charge the card the new total with exact shipping charges.
