Hey Rhonda! Its a surprise and delight to see you here! :)

I definitely agree with you, and sadly the schools still don’t seem to understand this. Art and other creative courses seem to be pushed to the back and are not valued as much as the other subjects.<!--mep-nl--><!--mep-nl-->Creativity is the only way we are able to evolve and change for the better!

Yes, I agree with him. If the world is going to survive, we HAVE to put the creative thinkers in charge. They are able to think outside the box, and, will be able to solve the pressing problems facing planet Earth. When NASA needs to brainstorm about how to solve a problem, who do they call? The movie and science fiction guys because they can think creatively.

That is why art education is so important for kids. It teaches them problem solving skills that they will need as adults. If you exercise your mind by thinking creatively, you get better at it.

Hi Krystal, Organization is not the biggest obstacle for me. Finishing is. I tend to take on too many things in addition to trying to take care of all the other daily life challenges. I tend to be a perfectionist and sometimes I think it's more of a hindrance. The fear of not being successful also plagues me which is a contradiction because I usually succeed at whatever I do. GO FIGURE!!

Hello there...I struggle with wanting to craft full time but know that i have about another year and a half before I can even consider that....my husband and I are long distance now and will be til he can retire next year and move out here. Til then I am selling Real Estate....which I have done for 5 years....I am good at it but it is tough when I know my heart and passion is in creating! I still create and do a few shows and have a few things in a local coffee shoppe....the last 2 shoppes I was in previously I did well in but they both went out of business or changed ownership/philosophy so I am stuck at the Coffee Shoppe...for what I have in there I am doing ok...but she just doesn't have the room that the other places had.....I know I am to busy to do Ebay or Etsy and ship on a timely basis...

I struggle with organization also. I start too many projects and get overwhelmed. OR....I just can't get inspired and do nothing. I would really like to build my business, but don't know where to take it.

My muse is just the opposite of you..i am struggling with the organization..staying focused to get things done and yet i have a passion for primitive crafts so when i start a craft i seldom finish or it takes me a while...my muse would be prioritizing with self confidenceandis knowing i cant get it all done in one day..now that im going back to work i have a bigger fear
